Summer Stone Spectacular Featuring Fruit Kombucha

Summer is the time for stone fruit! We will tour the organic orchard, sample what is in season, and talk about growing apricots, peaches, plums and cherries for this climate. Then we will gather round to learn he basics of making kombucha at home, from procuring a mother culture to bottling and carbonation. We will highlight the use of whole and seasonal stone fruit as the flavoring ingredients.
